Refund policy
I take great pride in the trees I sell, and I strive to only sell trees of high quality. As long as you follow My Advice on Planting Trees, and care for the tree through its first year, your new tree should grow well. If you notice any problems, please email me (matt@theurbanorchardist.com) as soon as possible and I will help you however I can.
If your tree arrives with damage, contact me immediately and send me a picture, and I'll make it right.
